María de Lourdes Garcen Guadarrama was born into a community with a family of shamans and healers. The granddaughter of a healer, at the age of three her grandmother helped her discover her innate gift and guided her in describing her visions, teaching her to understand each one and showing her that they were angels asking for help. Her grandmother also shared all her knowledge of medicinal herbs, what is known today as Mexican herbalism.
Osiris Heyerdahl, a musician, composer, and researcher, has dedicated many years to rescuing the philosophy and therapeutic application of the world's various ethnic musical instruments, creating different forms of therapy through sounds, vibrational frequencies, and resonance, and developing interactive healing workshops through listening and active participation with the instruments.
