THE LAKE
Miguel Alemán Dam

The Sanctuary offers all the amenities to fully experience the beauty of the lake with:

NAUTICAL CLUB
The Marina and Yacht Club have been designed in perfect harmony with the natural environment of the lake and valley, offering a space of freedom that connects visitors with the immensity and beauty of nature.
In addition to enjoying water activities, visitors can enjoy spaces designed for family gatherings, with light-filled living rooms, gardens, a 25-meter swimming pool, two jacuzzis, spacious terraces, and top-notch services that guarantee an unforgettable experience with complete safety.
EQUESTRIAN CLUB
At El Santuario, we know that there is no rural environment without horses, that's why we have 23 rustic stables, built with adobe and wood, equipped with sprinkler systems, a pasture, two warm-up paddocks and three tracks.
Our team is qualified to operate a premium quality equestrian club and is committed to the conscious care of horses.
We also have exclusive access for owners and their guests, with the right to acquire stables on loan for 99 years.
Our facilities include:

- Landscaped track with fixed obstacles
- Grass track
- Grass bleachers
- Paddock
- Warm-up paddocks
ADVENTURE
The stunning natural landscapes of Valle de Bravo offer the perfect setting for a wide variety of adventure activities, some of them extreme, reserved for adrenaline lovers.
Activities include paragliding, 4x4 motorcycle excursions, boating, yachting or sailing on the lake, canoeing, cycling, rappelling, hiking, horseback riding, and more.
ANCIENT AND TRADITIONAL PREMISES
If you visit Valle de Bravo, you can't miss exploring the must-see historical sites, such as the charming neighborhood of Santa María Ahuacatlán, the Parish of San Francisco de Asís (dating back to the 16th century), and the Chapel of Santa María, where the famous Black Christ is located.
The Archaeological Museum is also an essential stop to see its fascinating collection of artifacts from the ancient pre-Hispanic communities of Teotihuacan, Tlalpizáhuac, Malinalco, and Calixtlahuaca. Furthermore, just four blocks from the Main Square, the Handicrafts Market offers a unique opportunity to purchase textiles, drawn thread work, and ceramic, clay, and wrought iron crafts made by talented local artisans.
NATURAL SITES
Just half an hour from Valle de Bravo lies the breathtaking Velo de Novia Waterfall, a majestic 35-meter cascade surrounded by lush vegetation. This natural wonder is perfect for mountain biking and hiking enthusiasts. And just 10 minutes away is the charming Río del Molino Waterfall, a perfect spot to spend the rest of the day.
The Monarch Butterfly Sanctuary is a hidden gem within a protected forest, designated as an ecological reserve to preserve the fascinating migration of this species. This natural spectacle can only be enjoyed between November and March and is undoubtedly an unparalleled experience.
