Our wellness area is a space of physical and spiritual renovation, where El Santuario’s philosophy of harmony between the external and the internal converges with the healing power of nature and the incredible regenerative capacity of body and mind.
EACH SESSION IS A REBIRTH
A return to the natural through the soft contact of our therapist’s hands, the revival of the skin before the water, the mud’s fresh caress, and the stone’s unique properties, as well as the encounter with that instant that, for mysterious reasons, seems to stop time.
A place within El Santuario that mobilizes energy and the organism is revitalized; the fatigue cycle ends, and the following chapter towards plenitude opens.
CABINS
6 double cabins are located in the marina’s garden. The area has a meditation area, Yoga, Tai Chi, Pilates, and aerobics, a steam area, and a private pool in each dressing area.
EXPERIENCES

Lourdes brings her knowledge of different ancestral healing wisdom to El Santuario's Spa, gathering a whole mosaic of cultures and techniques of healing, relaxation, and enjoyment.
SPIRITUAL THERAPIES
Focused on the deep knowledge of the being, spiritual therapies are a healing technique to unblock negative feelings and situations that prevent us from being happy. Through direct work with the soul, therapists guide in discovering blockages and overflowing energies to achieve the being’s rebirth and evolution.
TEMAZCAL
The return to the sacred womb of Mother Earth. The ancestral experience of our medicinal herbalism is accompanied by music and ceremonial chants. In this dark and warm space, the body is renewed, the spirit is filled with impetus, and strong bonds are created with our companions.
