VALLE DE BRAVO
VALLE DE BRAVO
Valle de Bravo, located in the State of Mexico just two hours from Mexico City, is an ancient town with pre-colonial roots, originally known as "Pameje" in the Mazahua language. In 1971, it was designated a "Typical City" by the Federal Government, and in 2005 it was named a "Magical Town" by the Ministry of Tourism. Its charm lies in its cobblestone streets, houses with traditional tile roofs, natural landscapes of intense blues and greens, its pottery tradition, its handicrafts, its festivals, and an air of exclusivity that attracts celebrities; this has made this magical place a tourist attraction for the world.
It boasts a wide range of tourist options, from ecotourism to historical, cultural, artistic, and religious experiences. Lovers can enjoy romantic evening strolls along the lake with a glass of wine under the stars, while adventurers will find opportunities for adrenaline-pumping extreme sports and exploration. Although it retains its distinctive style, Valle de Bravo also showcases its pre-Hispanic roots, colonial art, and modernity in its architecture and cuisine.
