RESERVATION POLICIES

Prices in Mexican Pesos (MXN) per room per night, based on single or double occupancy.

The cardholder must present a credit card and official identification at check-in.

Full payment for your stay is required at the time of booking. If payment is not received, your reservation will be cancelled within 24 hours.

Any modification or cancellation must be made through the website's booking engine and is subject to the cancellation policies and deadlines for each season or promotion.

The final price shown at the time of payment for your reservation already includes taxes and service fee. Our reservation system includes a breakdown so that the customer can identify the amount of room rental, taxes and service.

We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express cards.

Pets are not allowed.

All payments must be made payable to El Santuario SA de CV via email at pagos@elsantuario.com. Additionally, the hotel's WhatsApp number is 722-572-4712. If you receive any communication regarding these matters through any other means, please report it and disregard it, as it is not valid.
