It is a place with access only to owners and their guests. Every land owner at El Santuario settlement has the right to obtain stables under contract for 99 years at equine club.

It has 23 rustic stables, made on adobe and wood, provided whit a sprinkler system for flies annihilation, paddock and two warming paddocks, as well as three racetracks, one with gardens and fixed obstacles, another of sand with obstacles and grass steps and another one only with grass.

According with the number of stables owned every owner has designated places at special zones, for example, to keep drinks at the bar.
